1. When do I order my graduation items?
We will be taking orders at your school on in-school dates. If you missed us, you can order online. There is a individual handling/packing fee after March 1st.

2. How much money is need to order?
When you place your order at school, an $80 dollar down payment is required for order above $80. All online orders must be paid in full.

3. How do I order an express package?
It's as simple as 1,2,3. Just chose your package, style of Namecards, style of Thank You notes, and Memory Album. Additional items may be added but not substituted.

4. What items will I receive on in-school order days?
Senior T-Shirt, Senior Backpack, Memory Albums, Memory Album Stickers, Souvenir Mega Tassel, Ice Tassel, and Senior Hoodie. All Online items ordered will be delivered to the school.

5. Will my name be printed on my announcements?
No. Graduate Namecards must be ordered to identify the graduate. Slots for the Namecards are located in each announcement.

6. What measurements are needed for my cap and gown?
We need your gender, height, and weight. Ladies, add an additional 2" to your height if you will be wearing heals at commencement. Cap size is not necessary.

7. Where and when can I pick up my order?
All orders, including online orders, will be delivered to the school and will be distributed in early spring. We will notify you by postcard with the exact dates and your remaing balance. Balances must be paid in full to receive your order.

8. How can I pay for my order?
Onlline orders must be paid by major credit card through our secure website. In-school orders can be paid by cash, check, money order, or by major credit card. Please make personal checks out to Herff Jones and include driver's license #. By paying your order by check you are authorizing us or our agent to represent any returned checks electronically and draft your account for the maximum state allowed return fee of $30.00 if your back returns the check unpaid.

9. What tax do I use?
Sales tax is different at each school. Your school's sales tax will be automatically computed into your order total. There is tax on handling according to Texas Administrative Code 3.303

10. Is it too late to order my graduation ring?
Absolutely not! Ring orders can be made at our office, at in-school dates, or online. Ring packets are available in the school's office or you can contact us directly. All you need to order your class ring is a $50 down payment.
